At Schöffel Country, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your country clothing isn't a perfect fit, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Complete the Return Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and select the reason code for the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items, including all original tags and labels, into the shipping bag or box and include the completed return form inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid Royal Mail tracked return label provided in your package to the outside of the parcel, ensuring it covers any previous delivery addresses.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to any local Post Office branch and obtain a proof of postage receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
